In short: we collect only what we need to teach and assess you, your employer never sees your answers, and you can ask us to delete your data.

1. What we collect

Your name, email address, country and, if you add them, your job title, organisation and VAT number. We also record your study progress, test attempts, submissions and messages with Faculty Advisors.

2. Why we use it

To give you access to the programme, assess your work, issue credentials and send you the emails you have chosen. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. What your employer sees

If your organisation pays for your seat, it sees your progress per module, whether you passed each test and when you were last active. It does not see your scores, answers, submissions or messages.

4. Verification of credentials

Anyone with your credential number can see your name, the credential and its dates. Nothing else is shown.

5. Processors

We use Stripe for payments and trusted providers for hosting, video and email, within the European Economic Area or under standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Credentials that have been issued stay in the register so that they can still be verified. Contact us to exercise your rights.
