Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all programmes of the International Institute of Project Control (IIPC). By enrolling, you agree to them.

2. Enrolment and payment

You enrol by paying online through our payment partner Stripe, or by invoice for organisations. Your place is confirmed when payment is received. Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT where applicable.

3. Access

You have access to the programme for 24 months from the date you enrol. We may extend your access on request. Your account is personal and may not be shared. Team seats may be reassigned by the organisation before the participant starts Module 2.

4. Assessment and credentials

Module tests must be completed in one sitting. You have three attempts per module test, with 48 hours between attempts. The Examination Board decides on the award of diplomas. Its decision is final, subject to the appeals procedure.

Credentials do not expire. IIPC may revoke a credential in cases of academic misconduct or payment reversal. Revoked credentials are shown as revoked on the verification page.

5. Right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of enrolment for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than one module.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials remain the property of IIPC. You may use downloads such as templates and models in your own work, but not resell or publish them.
